I’ve noticed that I’ve gained a few followers here and there over the past few weeks and I wanted to take the courtesy of thanking you all and welcoming you to my blog!

More than just being a detailed record of all the new and interesting beverages I get to taste, I hope this blog helps you in some way—to appreciate flavor, to broaden your palate, to satisfy your curiosity, or to help you discover something new.  Wine & beer are a wide world of unique experiences, and I hope you’re inspired to shoot from the hip every now and then and try something new, to not get stuck drinking the same old thing every night.
